End of Summer, End of Harvest Season

We're preparing our stock for autumn and winter after a harvest season that went well, the weather wasn't too harsh, unlike other places in Europe this year we didn't have many wildfires. Cork oak trees weren't burnt, montados didn't suffer and the quality of the air was fine the entire summer. Cork prices didn't raise more than expected, just the usual updates and corrections caused by external causes, such as gas prices and general life cost inflation. On the demand side, there has been a high volume of orders that reflects our good job and the stockpile of small and medium tubes is always low. The moment we restock, the moment we have to prepare a new order. We also recommend placing orders before winter, specially those that require customization. We won't be accepting orders that ask for outdoor services such as cutting cork items, or even dealing with cardboard boxes, during January, February and March, unless climate is different than expected. In winter, we will only accept bulk orders packed on wooden pallets.
